Sunday Communion is evolving.
What began as a holistic wellness gathering has grown into something deeper. Sunday Communion is now a spiritual container for women devoted to soul evolution, integration, and embodiment.
Beginning in January, we move through a year-long arc:
Manifest • Evolve • Integrate • Embody
Sunday Communion: Manifest Your 2026 is our first gathering of the year — and the entry point into the next evolution of Sunday Communion.
This January experience centers on guided, intentional vision-board journaling designed to help you clear your energy, drop into your soul, and consciously co-create the year ahead in relationship with the Universe. This is not about forcing goals or rushing outcomes. It’s about making a spiritual agreement for how you choose to walk 2026.
To anchor that agreement, each woman will receive a special DIY flower offering — something tangible you can take home and return to throughout the year as a reminder of what you committed to hold, nurture, and become.
And yes — everything you love about Sunday Communion continues here and in every session:
meditation to ground and listen,
breathwork to open and release,
sound bowl immersion to integrate,
gentle movement to embody,
and communion through charcuterie, wine, and mimosas to gather in joy and ease.
January 11 is where the direction is set.
The rest of the year is where it’s lived.
April 12 — EVOLVE
Identity awakening. Awareness of who you are becoming.
July 12 — INTEGRATE
Emotional honesty. Nervous system alignment. Letting truth settle into the body.
October 11 — EMBODY
Lived truth. Grounded presence. Alignment without effort.
You can join us just for Manifest Your 2026, or walk the full arc with the Sunday Communion Season Pass.
If you’ve been craving your next level of spiritual evolution, integration and embodiment this space is for you.
